Call the Monroe County Control Center non-emergency # (570)992-9911 for incidents not in-progress if you need to report a crime or speak to an Officer.

*** ONLY report incidents or issues occurring in the SARPD’s jurisdiction. Our jurisdiction encompasses the Borough’s of East Stroudsburg and Stroudsburg and the Township of Stroud. Mailing addresses are NOT good indicators of jurisdiction. For example- Wilderness Acres which has an East Stroudsburg mailing address- is NOT within our jurisdiction and is covered by the Pennsylvania State Police, so we are unable to assist with issues outside our jurisdiction.
