RETAIL THEFT
On September 16, 2025, at approximately 11:45 a.m., the Stroud Area Regional Police Department responded to Walmart, 355 Lincoln Ave, East Stroudsburg, PA 18301, in reference to a reported retail theft.
At about 11:34 a.m., a male suspect entered the store through the general merchandise entrance and proceeded to the customer service area. The suspect retrieved a shopping cart from the GM vestibule area and proceeded to the electronics department. The suspect selected a TV, speaker, and TV mount from the action alley. The suspect then proceeded toward the GM doors with the shopping cart of merchandise. The subject passed all points of sale and failed to pay for the merchandise. A Walmart employee asked the suspect for a receipt, and he started yelling, then ran out of the store with the shopping cart of merchandise.
Anyone with information on the identity of the suspect is asked to "Submit a tip". All tipsters can remain anonymous or leave contact information for the investigating officer.
ALL SUSPECTS ARE INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW. THESE ARE MERELY ACCUSATIONS OF A CRIME
