Following the execution of multiple search warrants, which resulted in the recovery of a "sawed-off" 12-gauge shotgun, and illegal narcotics, Katona has been charged with the following offenses:

(1 Count) Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon (F1) 

(1 Count) Possession with Intent to Deliver Controlled Substances (F) 

(1 Count) Criminal Use of Communication Facility (F3)

(1 Count) Flight to Avoid Apprehension/Trial/Punishment (F3)

(1 Count) Possession off an Offensive Weapon (M1)

(1 Count) Loitering and Prowling at Nighttime (M3)

(1 Count) Possession of a Controlled Substance (M)

(1 Count) Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (M)

(5) Summary Traffic Offenses

Katona is currently being housed at the Lackawanna County Prison on charges relating to multiple other cases.
