On February 15th, 2024, Officers with the Pocono Township Police Department executed a Search Warrant at the residence of Erin Smalley and Jason Tison.  Tison, who was previously a registered Sex Offender in the state of Oregon with Iifetime registration requirements, failed to comply with his registration requirements while living in Pennsylvania in 2023.  Smalley assisted Tison while he resided in Pennsylvania, attempting to conceal his whereabouts when police were previously at the residence conducting an investigation.  Both Smalley and Tison were taken into custody for the following criminal offenses:

Jason Tison:

• Failure to Comply with Registration Requirements - 2 Counts (F2)
• Tampering with Physical Evidence

Erin Smalley:

• Conduct Related to Sex Offenders - 3 Counts (F3)
• Possession of Narcotics
