On September 24, 2025, a member of the Pocono Township Police Department was patrolling on SR 0611 when they observed a vehicle traveling North on SR0611 that was unable to maintain it's lane. The officer initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle and made contact with the driver, Arkadiusz Zwiercan. Following the investigation, the officer placed Zwiercan under arrest for suspicion of driving under the influence. It was later found that Zwiercan had a BAC of over two times the legal limit.

Charges have been filed on Zwiercan regarding this incident.
