On July 15, 2023, at approximately 1606 hours an Officer with the Pocono Township Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a black Honda motorcycle for multiple traffic violations.  Officers made contact with a male and female passenger, both of which attempted to provide false identifying information.  The female passenger was identified as Jessica Watson, a 35-year-old female from Kunkletown.  Watson possessed multiple warrants and resisted arrest while being placed in handcuffs.  Watson was placed under arrest for the outstanding warrants, resisting arrest, obstruction of justice.  Watson was also found in possession of suspected methamphetamine and drug associated paraphernalia.
