On March 31, 2023, at 0129 hours, a Pocono Township Police officer stopped a maroon Scion XB on Route 611 by MCTA Drive for an equipment violation. Contact was made with the driver, Enmanuel Vidot, who displayed signs of alcohol intoxication and who possessed an open alcoholic beverage in the vehicle. Vidot's license was found to be suspended and the inspection sticker on his vehicle was found to be fraudulent. Upon running Vidot's information it was found that he possessed a warrant for his arrest out of Pocono Mountain Regional Police Department for felony forgery.

Upon further investigation Vidot was subsequently arrested for DUI and the arrest warrant and placed in Monroe County Correction Facility. Charges are pending.
