On May 6, 2023, an Officer from the Pocono Township Police Department responded to a report of a possible intoxicated driver in the parking lot of Sheetz, located at 2008 SR 0611 in Swiftwater. Officers made contact with the driver, Kevin Usilton a 38-year-old male from Swiftwater, PA., outside of Sheetz and after conducting their investigation, it was determined Usilton was driving under the influence of alcohol. Usilton was taken into custody for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. Charges are pending.
