On October 3rd, 2023, at 0241 hours, Officers from Pocono Township Police Department were dispatched to the Roadrunner Sunoco Gas Station for a suspicious male inside the store. Officers arrived and observed the male, identified as Joshua Rushin, a 38-year-old male from Henryville, having a hard time standing up straight while grabbing stuff off of the shelves. Officers made contact with Rushin and observed signs of drug impairment. Rushin was found in possession of heroin and paraphernalia and was transported to the Monroe County Correctional Facility for drug related charges and public drunkenness.
