On March 16th, 2023 at 1242 hours,  the Pocono Township Police Department received a complaint from a citizen in reference to unauthorized charges on their lost debit card. Upon further investigation officers were able to locate video where a male suspect used the card and was seen exiting a vehicle. The male was later identified as 28 year-old Samuel Tylor Ritchie, of Henryville. Ritchie was questioned and eventually admitted to using the card without permission of the owner.  Samuel Tylor Ritchie was arrested and transported to Monroe County Correctional Facility for processing.
