On November 18th, 2022 at approximately 9:51pm Officers of The Pocono Township Police Department responded to a report of a domestic disturbance. 

Upon arrival at the residence Officers located Joseph Rettenmyer who was highly intoxicated in the living room of the residence being restrained by a male party. Officers discovered that Rettenmyer physically assaulted an adult female in the residence and also was involved in a physical altercation with a juvenile male.

Rettenmyer was transported to the Monroe County Correctional Facility to await arraignment on the charges of Simple Assault, Harassment and Disorderly Conduct.
