On November 28, 2022 at approximately 0100 hours, the Pocono Township Police Department responded to the Turkey Hill in Tannersville for a report of a male on the property who had been notifed by PTPD that he is trespassed on several occasions. Upon arrival, officers located Jason Parchment and he was subsequently arrested for defiant trespassing and disorderly conduct.

Parchment was placed into the Monroe County Correctional Facility.
