On November 23, 2022 at approximately 01:15 am,  the Pocono Township Police Department stopped an International box truck bearing a Minnesota registration after the plate alerted on the license plate reader of the patrol car as a stolen vehicle.  The vehicle was confirmed as being reported stolen to the Montebello Police Department in Montebello, CA on October 28, 2022.  The driver of the vehicle, Anthony Uzo Ekeh, was taken into custody and transported to the Monroe County Correctional Facility on the charge of Receiving Stolen Property.
