On October 15th, 2022 at approximately 1828 hours officers with the Pocono Township Police Department responded to the area of 2726 SR0611 for reports of an unconscious male in a vehicle. Upon arrival officers located Paul Dippre unconscious in the drivers seat. An investigation determined that Dippre was under the influence of a controlled substance while operating the vehicle. Officers also located suspected narcotics and paraphernalia on Dippre and inside his vehicle. Dippre was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and taken to the Monroe County DUI center for processing. Charges pending results of blood test.
