On April 29, 2023, Officers with the Pocono Township Police Department were dispatched to Great Wolf Lodge for a reported physical domestic.  Upon arrival Officers made contact with the female victim and observed physical injuries to her face.  The female advised she had gotten into an argument with her son which became physical and led to her injuries.  Officers then identified the male as Anthony C. Delacruz, a 24-year-old male from Lancaster PA.  During the course of the investigation Delacruz had given false information regarding his identity.  Delacruz was placed under arrest for Simple Assault, False Identification to Law Enforcement, and Harassment and transported to the Monroe County Correctional Facility.  It was also found that Delacruz had an active bench warrant for failure to appear for charges in Lancaster County.
