Incident Summary

On February 5, 2025, at approximately 1709 hours, the Pocono Township Police observed a disabled vehicle at the exit of Dairy Queen blocking traffic. Upon investigation, the front seat passenger, Amber Bilal was found in possession of suspected methamphetamine and drug-associated paraphernalia. All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
