On August 14, 2022, at approximately 1441 hours, Pocono Township Police Department responded to the area of SR0611 and Pocono Cheesecake Factory for a singe vehicle motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival Officers spoke with Elyssa M Beltran who initially provided false information to police, however after further investigation her true identity was located. Beltran was found to have an active warrant out of Lehigh County Parole Office. Beltran was taken to Monroe County Correctional Facility to wait extradition. Officers located drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle Beltran was in. Charges pending
