On February 25th, 2023, at approximately 07:10 PM, an officer with the Pocono Township Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with an equipment violation. The officer made contact with the driver, Robert Brozzetti and the passenger Katy Bell. Bell was observed scattering rubbish from the vehicle and officers requested her information. Bell then stated she was 19 years old, but in fact, is 39 years old. Further investigation and search of the vehicle revealed Brozzett to be in possession of a small amount of Cocaine.
Charges were filed on Bell for providing false I.D. to law enforcement during an official investigation.
