On April 10th, 2024, at approximately 05:12 P.M., officers of the Pocono Township Police Department were on patrol in the area of Brookdale Road near Frantz Hill Road. They observed a gold Lexus SUV run a stop sign at Frantz Hill coming onto Brookdale. The officer then conducted a traffic stop with the vehicle on 611 and began a DUI investigation with the driver and defendant Ryan Baxter of Philadelphia. Standardized field sobriety tests were conducted, and the defendant was found to be impaired.

He was then arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence of the a controlled substance. A subsequent blood analysis confirmed the defendant to have a controlled substance in his blood at the time of the incident. Charges have been filed.
