On December 10th, 2022, officers from the Pocono Township Police Department were dispatched to the Crossings Premium Outlets for a male passed out behind the wheel of his vehicle. Upon arrival, officers located the operator, Peter C Austin Jr, slumped over in the driver's seat of his vehicle, which was still running. Officers were able to make contact with Austin Jr and had him exit the vehicle. Upon interacting with Austin Jr., it was discovered that he was under the influence of alcohol, and he was subsequently taken into custody for suspicion of Driving Under the influence of Alcohol. 

Charges were filed.
