On November 19, 2022 at 0635 hours, officers responded to the Turkey Hill for a report of a male passed out in the driver's seat of a running vehicle in the parking lot.  Officers arrived at the Turkey Hill parking lot, located the vehicle and observed Thomas Stanely and Saucony Apt, passed out in the vehicle.  Prior to waking the two males, officers observed heroin and assorted narcotic paraphernalia laying on Apt's lap.  Officers woke the men and spoke to them about the items observed in the vehicle.  A consent search of the vehicle was conducted, at which time officers located heroin, marijuana, suspected cocaine and various pieces of narcotic paraphernalia.  Stanley and Apt were subsequently released and criminal charges were filed against both.
