Anyone with information pertaining to the whereabouts of the suspect, Erick David Hernandez Ynfante, is asked to contact the Pocono Township Police Department at (570)629-7200 or submit a tip below.

In November of 2023, the Pocono Township Police Department was notified by the victim in this matter of fraudulent withdrawals occurring from her bank account. Through an investigation, it was discovered that the victim's checks and checking account information had been passed on to several suspects throughout the United States in attempts to obtain funds from her account. The extensive investigation revealed that the following suspects used forged checks and/or the victim's account information:

  • Erick David Hernandez Ynfante, a 20-year-old from Providence, Rhode Island
  • Yordan Herrera, a 42-year-old from Hialeah, Florida
  • Elixander Jazciel Lugo Javier, a 26-year-old from the Dominican Republic
  • Jonas Gereus Samedi, a 36-year-old from Miami, Florida

Arrest warrants have been issued for all of the named suspects and further arrests are expected. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of the above named individuals is asked to submit a tip below.
